A journey through the senses, hosted by the <em>Athens Municipal Gallery<\/em>, facilitating accessibility for children with blindness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inART program aims to enhance accessibility to cultural institutions for the visually impaired, alongside their active participation in the creative arts as a means of self-advocacy. The project is based on the principles of psycho-social integration, by providing therapy through practicing art and visiting museums as its main tools, supported by the extensive experience and specialised methodology of AMAKA (Funded by the Ministry of Culture\/2020\/ <em>Points of Support<\/em>, the<em> Ioannis S. Latsis<\/em> charitable foundation &amp; the <em>Bodossaki<\/em> foundation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of inART is to reinforce the access opportunities to Art and culture for the visually impaired children but also the social role of cultural institutions.
