{"id":3077,"date":"2017-05-24T11:55:59","date_gmt":"2017-05-24T09:55:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amaka.gr\/en\/?p=3077"},"modified":"2017-05-24T11:55:59","modified_gmt":"2017-05-24T09:55:59","slug":"mind-the-fact-festival-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amaka.gr\/en\/mind-the-fact-festival-here\/","title":{"rendered":"Mind the fact festival here!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>mind the f<u>act<\/u> \u00a0<\/strong>FESTIVAL<strong>\u00a0 26 &#8211; 29 May 2017<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>True stories with protagonists those who experienced them<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">AMAKA is a vital collaborator of the first mind the f<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">act<\/span> festival, as we supported a number of the workshops which resulted in the exhibitions and performances of the festival, including photo_opPORTunity, the Station Athens performance of &#8220;We Are the Persians&#8221;, the installation Survival Guide while the festival will host a collective large exhibition of the Art Emergency program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mind the f<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">act<\/span> is the new cultural festival of Athens, coming on the 26 &#8211; 29 May, bringing us closer to real stories of people living amongst us. Theatrical productions, performances, documentary projections and exhibitions will take over various corners of the city &#8211; with protagonists, people who are not always or necessarily visible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The beginning was made last year, when 9 artistic workshops were created, granting free access to adults, young people and children, with an aim of exploring their experiences and situations they come to face every day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After the workshops have come to an end, the participants are called to present their artistic creations \u2014 a documentation of real life events \u2014 inviting the public to get in touch with their reality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">*All performances and events with surtitles and translation are mentioned below: <strong>with ENGLISH translation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>* All the performances are free of entrance.
